We believe we can have a greater impact on our communities by targeting our corporate investments. To this end, Varian Semiconductor concentrates its charitable resources on education, health and community services, environmental and arts and culture.

Most importantly, Varian Semiconductor encourages community involvement on the part of its employees and supports many nonprofit organizations of interest to its employees. The Employee Matching Gifts and Dollars for Doers Program gives employees the option to support their community through monetary contributions and as volunteers, or a combination of the two.
