|
Field Service Engineer II
Provides highly visible on-site customer support through the performance of
installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems on Varian
Ion Implantation Systems. Also performs preventive and corrective maintenance on
these systems.
Verifies and approves operational quality of Ion Implanters. Instructs
customers’ Technicians in the operation and maintenance of Ion Implanters.
Maintains good customer relations and customer satisfaction through superior
support of their Ion Implanters. Serves as company liaison with customer on
administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Complete and
maintain detailed records of all technical problems using Lotus Notes and SAP.
Up to 25% travel.
This is a night shift position - 6;00pm to 6:00am.
Requires an AS in electronics, a certificate, or equivalent military training and 3 plus years of related experience preferably in the semiconductor industry.
